At DL HERBAL FARMS (Mind First), we place a high value on your complete satisfaction. Therefore, when packaging and shipping your product, we take great care. We are aware, nonetheless, that occasionally a shipment may reach you in the improper condition owing to factors beyond our control. As a general rule, we issue refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods/products to the source account and in case of Cash on Delivery the customer has to send the account details including all the information of the order through registered Email id.
How to Initiate a Request: If you have received incorrect, damaged, Leaked, or tampered seal, send an email to us at sales@mindfirst.in with a photo and video attached, within 3 days after delivery. The returned items, barring those that are damaged, must be in re saleable condition and have a copy of the original receipt or invoice. The Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned to us. Replacement depends on product availability.
Eligibility: Our return and exchange policy apply to products sold by DL HERBAL FARMS (Mind First). No exceptions are made for third-party sales.
Condition of Goods: Product must be returned in their original, undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging unless they have been received damaged.

You can return products under the following circumstances:
- You receive a faulty or defective product
- You receive a product different from your order
When we process your request, the item(s) will be picked up in 2 business days. After picking up the initial order, the new product(s) will be delivered to you within 10 business days. On satisfactory grounds of verification of the items returned you will get the confirmation mail for the Replacement/Refund of your product and after that your Replacement/Refund will be made accordingly.
Within 10 days of the anticipated delivery date, please write to us at sales@mindfirst.in or call us at +91- 8448800178 if an order is lost or not delivered to the specified address. After the aforementioned time frame, DL HERBAL FARMS (Mind First) disclaims any responsibility for any such missing item inquiries.

Cancellation: –
If you opt to cancel your order prior to its shipment, no cancellation fee will be incurred. Please be advised that we are unable to entertain any cancellation requests once an order has been dispatched. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days following their placement.
